What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, shaping the workforce and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Trust with Hiring Managers:
You’ll collaborate closely with business unit managers to understand their hiring needs and build trusting relationships, ensuring you deliver outstanding talent that aligns with the company’s goals. - Recruiting with Creativity:
Leveraging ATS platforms, social media, networking, and professional search techniques, you’ll be responsible for recruiting professionals across various levels and departments. - Candidate Experience:
You’ll manage the candidate journey from start to finish, ensuring a first-class experience during the recruiting and hiring process. This includes conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding expectations. - Strategic Initiatives & Projects:
You’ll contribute to recruitment strategies, participate in planning meetings, and help with employment branding initiatives through social media campaigns, job boards, and advertisements. - ATS & Process Management:
As part of your role, you’ll maintain and manage our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidates are properly tracked, and requisitions are effectively managed. - Building Industry Connections:
You’ll stay connected with industry associations, networks, and external agencies, ensuring that OffshoreUp stays ahead of the curve in recruitment trends and best practices. - Learning & Development Support:
Partnering with department management, you’ll identify training needs and assist in developing learning programs that support personnel growth and align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required. - Experience:
3-5 years of recruiting experience is essential, with previous HR experience being highly desirable. - Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS systems, MS Office, with a strong understanding of recruiting best practices. - Communication & Relationship Skills:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are a must, enabling you to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
