Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential clients in industries that benefit from offshore outsourcing.
- Leverage cold outreach, social media, and professional networks to introduce OffshoreUp’s services.
- Proactively generate leads and schedule meetings to present tailored outsourcing solutions.
Sales Excellence
- Lead discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Craft and deliver customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals in coordination with OffshoreUp’s management.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with prospects, leads, and clients.
- Stay engaged with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop a relationship-focused approach to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborative Strategy
- Work closely with OffshoreUp’s operations and client success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Share insights from client interactions to refine sales and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that meet client-specific needs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales metrics, client acquisition efforts, and progress toward targets.
- Provide regular updates to OffshoreUp leadership on business development activities and market trends.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (outsourcing or BPO industry experience is a plus).
